Did you know that you can embed the immersive viewer into your blog or website (http://occipital.com/help/myaccount/#9)? In my (admittedly biased) opinion, it's a really cool feature for bloggers! Let me know if you need any help giving it a test drive.
@Sarah Jane Super weird, WordPress locks up on me anytime I try to add the script to the HTML view, and then it doesn't save. Have you guys had any reports about this or should i check the WordPress forums?
@jennalanger Oh no, that's no good. I tested on our WP blog and was able to get the embed to work by pasting the html embed code into the html editor and by using the WP plugin, though I did need to refresh the preview page a few times to get the embed to appear (something we've noticed for awhile) but it seems to work right away once you publish. Another thing, if you use the plugin, it is no longer necessary to include "" around the panorama ID. One last note, we've noticed weird behavior if we switch between HTML and visual view when creating a blog. We try to just stick to one view. I hope this helps!
@Sarah Jane Thanks Sarah Jane! I love the app, it's one of my favorites. I just need to remember to use it more when I"m in cool settings :) Glad you commented here - I actually tired to embed it in WordPress but it wouldn't publish with the script. Not sure if it was a WordPress or Occipital issue, but I'll try again now and let you know. Thanks again!
